Can I add a personal message to my order?
Yes! with your order you can add a personal note. To do this, just request a greeting card at the time of ordering for $1, and include your note task with any additional instructions or comments for the Iralys Team.
Does Iralys put preservatives on its pastries?

No, we do not use preservatives in any of our products. We are committed to quality and the purity of the products we provide.

Can I cancel my order?
We regret to inform you that because of preparation process, we will start work on your order as soon as it has been placed. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
What ingredients do you use?

We are dedicated to quality at Iralys—a notion reflected in both the flavors we make and the ingredients we use. We make our products using premium ingredients—such as Belgian chocolate, pure vanilla, fresh cream, and seasonal fruits—most of which follow organic practices. Moreover, we do not use preservatives.

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely, we are happy to provide customized creations for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other occasions. We request that you contact us at least 7 days in advance via email or WhatsApp so we can do our best to accommodate your request and have the best possible planning.

Where can I order Iralys pastries?
You are welcome to peruse our website for our whole collection. Once you have l you have chosen the items you want, you can send us an email or WhatsApp message to place your order.
Are all Iralys pastries handmade?

Absolutely. Each Iralys pastry is hand-made, and represents old world care, precision, and love. Each item is unique, making our product authentic and special.

Can I send my order as a gift to someone else?

Yes! Just include recipient's name and shipping address at checkout and we'll deliver the order directly to your recipient.

Do you collaborate for events or special occasions?

Yes, we love to get involved in your celebrations. Wedding, engagement, corporate event, birthday, product launch, and so on - we provide luxury, handcrafted desserts that complete all occasions. Please get in touch with us with the details of your event and we will gladly create a custom package for you.

What if my gift recipient was unavailable to receive the delivery or didn’t open the package on time?

As the products we ship are perishable, we ask that you notify the recipients in advance of the anticipated delivery and verify they will be receiving the item.
Iralys is not responsible for damage caused by delays in opening or improper storage of the package after it has been delivered.
